- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the domestic shipping zones (US).
- For orders under $50, a flat rate or calculated shipping fee will apply.

- International Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package specifics.
- Delivery Times: International delivery times can range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Phoenix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an international order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Important Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain larger items or expedited services. Please provide a physical street address.
- If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly. While we will assist where possible, Phoenix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
